SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

All deliveries are made by private carriers throughout the world.

You can make a purchase 24/7. However, orders made between Friday 15h CET and Monday 07h CET will only be processed on Monday, except on bank holidays. 

After confirmation and processing your order:

Deliveries in Belgium should arrive within 3 days.

Deliveries in the rest of Europe should not take longer than 3 - 5 days.

Deliveries outside Europe can take 8 - 10 days.

HOWL^tm cannot be held responsible for possible delays due to weather, carrier errors, or control of the customs.

You can find a preview of the shipping option in your bag. The delay and shipping cost will be notified there.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

You can exchange or return your items within 14 days of purchase, but please keep the environment in mind.

Return shipping costs are at customer's charge and are non-refundable. 

To exchange an item, please fill in the online return form. After authorization, a voucher, or a new item that equals the initial purchase, and a return label will be sent to you. In case of exchange, HOWL^tm will offer the second shipping cost, but reserves the right not to do so in certain circumstances. Possible taxes and duties are at customer's charge.

Please make sure the items you wish to exchange are unworn, unwashed and without odor or stains. The items must contain the original hangtags and labels. If this is not the case, HOWL^tm cannot provide a voucher, nor a return label.

If you want to return your items for a refund, without exchange, please fill in the online form. After authorization a return label will be sent to you. The return costs will be deducted from the refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Please do not send returns without authorization. HOWL^tm cannot exchange returns without authorization.

In the unlikely case of damaged, or faulty goods, please fill in the return form and send us a picture of the damage. Once we’ve agreed on the damage or fault, you will receive a free return label. You can exchange the item for a new one, or you can get a voucher.

HOWL^tm cannot be held responsible for damage caused by carriers or any other third party.

To return any item, you can use the original compostable packaging bag. Make sure all printing labels are removed before you put a new one.

Your refund will be returned to the original purchaser's credit card. We do our utter best to handle your returned purchase as soon as we can.

 

PAYMENT

HOWL^tm accepts Visa, MasterCard, Bancontact, and PayPal. All prices are Belgian VAT (21%) included. HOWL^tm reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Our prices are displayed in Euro, but we do have a currency convertor.

All countries out of the EU are submitted to customs charge. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by your country. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unfortunately unable to advise the amount of these charges.
